Great designer basement
"Rick's design transformed our basement into a sharp, multi-function, high end family living area. His subcontractors are Christian and true craftsman. Rick is a man of his word and finishes on time and on budget

BCC Delivers on Design!
My husband fancies himself somewhat of a "do-it-yourselfer"; however, when we decided to finish our basement, I felt we needed to hire a professional! Fortunately, we found the Basement Construction Company and their basement design service. Rick really delivered as his design in spectacular!! Now, I hope my husband can make it come true. Thankfully, Rick and his crew are available to step in and help if needed. This may not be the last time we turn to Rick Kyle and BCC!

Pleasantly Surprised
BCC Builder Services- replaced our 20 year old gutters. They showed up on schedule and performed as hoped. New gutters and downspouts may not sound like a big deal-but our past experiences with contractors were never this! Good job Rick and keep up the good work.

Better Than Advertised
BCC Builders Services advertises themselves as a complete remodeling company - well, they are. While painting our 14 year old deck, they redirected two (2) gutter downspouts that were causing water retention in two areas of our backyard. We have several other projects we expect to tackle sometime in the future. When we do, we'll definitely call Rick Kyle of BCC Builders Services They were great.

Better Late than Never
While BCC was finishing my basement I discovered something about Rick Kyle- the owner, that I did not expect. One night during the construction my wife thought she saw something that wasn't right. Because she is want I call a nervous nellie-she couldn't wait until the next day to discuss this with Rick, so she called him at 8pm. And-he answered! He took the time to take her through what was going on and in fact all was good. But-that would have been a long night for me if Rick had not made himself available at that hour. The basement turned out beautiful and I learned that some contractors are actually better than advertised.

Attention to Details
We really wanted Rick and his Basement Construction Company to finish our basement.But, finances at this time won't allow us. So we decided to hire him to do a custom plan we could build later.We worked on it for several weks and now we have a Killer design of about 1400sf. Once we have put together our finances we will be calling Rick to perform several of the major construction areas while I test my skills at the others. This is a great service and value.

My Custom Design
For only $400 total including 3D graphics, BCC, The Basement Construction Co put together what my wife and I consider a "Top Drawer" custom basement design for us. Rick really knows the details it takes to produce an affordable, buildable basement
design plan.

What a Beautiful Basement! Highly Recommended!

Top Builder in Georgia Rick (owner of BCC) is a very passionate builder, with great vision and ideas. Rick's honesty and ability to work within our budget impressed us very much. Rick took care of everything for us, and the end result was superb! The quality of finishing is excellent that I have not seen with many builders. Rick's crew members are also very professional. If you are not rich enough but want to build a rich-looking basement, and then definitely hire this company!

Fabulous Job We can't say enough about the BCC. Rick brought in great designer ideas and transformed our drab basement into a retreat. He was on time and when there was a problem with the painters, he promptly resolved it. We've received nothing but rave reviews from everyone that's seen our basement.

The BCC Builder Services team preformed as advertised. We had previously added on to our rear yard patio and wanted to screen in a portion of this new patio area. 24 hours later-thinks were all cleaned up, they were gone and we had a beautiful new screened in patio area. Rick Kyle and his crew are professionals. Neat, quick, clean and complete. Thanks again Rick

Passion & Excellence! Our basement was completed by BCC about 2 months ago. We were extremely impressed with Rick's passion and ideas about finishing our basement - which had an unusual layout to work with from the start. Rick followed that up with excellent craftsmanship, and continued to bring his initial passion throughout the building process by paying close attention to the details all the way to the end! We are extremely pleased with the finished basement, and it came out better than we could have ever imagined. Better yet, our neighbors and friends are amazed at the transformation. They too are impressed with the excellent craftsmanship and little "extras" BCC added as well. All done at a very reasonable price. Thanks Rick and BCC!

Quality at a reasonable price BCC impressed from day one when Rick presented unique ideas with his quote. He kept fully involved during the project and the end result was much more than expected. His craftsmen provided excellent work and kept a clean work area. I would recommend BCC to anyone.

Outstanding Results The BCC did a fabulous job on my basement remodel in the VA-Highlands area. Their attention to detail is excellent, and the crew was punctual, reliable and hard working. The final result was better than I had hoped for.
In addition, Rick Kyle's methodology provides a real value. Rick spent several hours in my basement during my initial consultation, and he provided me with a sophisticated design with a line by line estimate of labor and materials before I even retained BCC. Other contractors that I spoke with wanted between $1000 and $2000 for a basement design before they would even bid on the project. I am very pleased with my decision to go with BCC.

Just what I wanted Let me start by saying The Basement Construction Company is GREAT! I was living in Florida and moving to GA and meet with Rick we went through just what I wanted , He has great ideas. Gave him the keys to my home and let him do the rest. I was extremely happy and work was done in 7 weeks ready for me to move into home office in basement. I recommend him to anyone. Great service and innovation Rick does an outstanding job of understanding what the customer wants, and then does a great job of providing wonderful suggestions to improve on ideas. Work is performed with high level of quality and professionalism. I would use his company for any future work needs.

Creative Design and Great Work We discussed our basement renovation with several different contractors over several years. Rick devised a very creative design, really much better than anyone else, including high-end design-build companies. And Rick's price was very reasonable. The end result is a beautiful basement that far exceeded our initial expectations. Rick has a great eye for design details and was a pleasure to work with. A RARE FIND Having gotten information about the Basement Construction Company from an advertisement, we were both skeptical and cautious. After the first meeting with Rick, we knew we had made the "right decision."
We LOVE our basement. Rick did a fantastic job. He was meticulous as well as creative. However, more than his extra ordinary craftsmanship, his honesty, dependability and personal attributes were exceptional.
Rick was willing to work within our budget, assisting us in getting an attractive and functional basement at a price that we could afford. He was quite sensitive to our needs. We had just moved to Atlanta from New Orleans (a result of Katrina), it was important to us that at least we had one less worry.
An excellent experience!!!.

"What a Difference!" The Basement Construction Company came up with a very livable, innovative design plan to convert our roughed out basement into a full basement living area. Rick worked closely with us to manage within our budget while showing flexibility, creativity, good advice and project expertise. We love the final results and will enjoy it for many years to come.

Meticulous, Creative and Trustworthy Rick was referred to us by a trusted friend to do our basement remodel. He did a fantastic job, as if he was working on his own basement. We wanted to find somebody we trusted to do excellent work - Rick was definitely the guy. We would recommend him highly.

Better Than We Could Have Imagined! We were very nervous about choosing a contractor to complete our basement. What a blessing it was that we chose the Basement Construction Company! Exceptional service We selected BCC because Rick Kyle listened to our ideas and expanded them with his design knowledge. The end result is a beautiful basement with lots of unique touches and character. We were able to stay within our budget and original quote. I would highly recommend BCC to my friends and family.

BCC did great work Before starting our basement I talked to and got quotes from 5 different basement contractors. Rick Kyle made us feel very comfortable from the start, created a detailed plan based on what we were looking to do and was very competitively priced.
They did a great job on our basement, on time, on budget and great to work with. I would highly recommend Rick and BCC.

Rick Kyle Is The Man Rick Kyle is a true professional. He took our ideas and incorporated his own ideas and the outcome was a basement that looks like it should be on a cover of a magazine.
